Purpose Starts with Commit to God

Good morning, everyone! The word of the day is still "Purpose." I was at home and thinking about how I wanted to share a different word for each day. The Lord began to speak to me about sharing the same word for the week so that I can elaborate more on it to others. Therefore, "Purpose" it is!

Each day that the Lord wakes you up, there is still something to live for. I know that this life can sometimes bring hurt, disappointments, drama. and more negative influences. HOWEVER, it is all not bad!! Purpose goes so much beyond us! To even know what your purpose is, God gives you a choice to want to know what it is! Meaning take out the time seek the Lord and He will show you. Consistent is key.

Scripture: Psalm 138:8: "The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O Lord, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands." "This verse reassures us of God's commitment to fulfilling His purpose in our lives."

 Simple being obedient to God is showing purpose. Being obedient to God can be helping someone notice and maybe think themselves to say, "hey I think I need to start being more obedient to God." This is impacting others. That is why purpose is beyond us and effects many lives! Let's step into our purpose and allow the Lord to order them as well.
