1. What services do you offer?

 

We specialize in brand identity creation, including logo design, website development, business cards, flyers, and social media marketing kits. We also offer business writing services such as business plans, press releases, and newsletters.

 

2. How do I get started?

 

To get started, simply fill out our [Client Intake Form] and book a consultation. During your consultation, we’ll learn more about your brand goals and recommend the best package for your needs.

 

3. Do I need to book a consultation first?

 

Yes. We require a $50 consultation to begin any custom project. The consultation fee will be credited toward your chosen service package if you decide to move forward.

 

4. What if I only need one service (like a logo)?

 

No problem! While we offer branding bundles, all of our services are also available individually. Pricing varies depending on the project scope.

 

5. How long does the design process take?

 

Typical turnaround time varies by project:

• Logo Design: 5–7 business days

• Website Design: 2–4 weeks

• Full Branding Packages: 3–6 weeks

Rush options are available upon request.

 

6. What platforms do you design websites on?

 

We primarily use user-friendly platforms like Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify, but we can also design on WordPress if requested.

 

7. Do you offer revisions?

 

Yes. All packages include a set number of free revisions depending on the service. Logo packages, for example, include unlimited revisions during the design phase to ensure your vision comes to life.

 

8. Can I print my business cards or flyers with you?

 

Yes! We offer both digital and print services. Business card and flyer packages include a set quantity of printed materials delivered straight to you.

 

9. What do I need to provide before we start?

 

You’ll need to submit:

• Business name & tagline (if applicable)

• Brand colors or inspiration

• Contact details & photos

• Any existing content you want included (bios, service descriptions, etc.)

 

10. What if I need help writing content?

 

We offer Content Creation Writing services to help you craft your About page, Mission & Vision, product descriptions, and more. Just let us know during the intake process.

 

11. Do you offer payment plans?

 

Yes. We offer flexible payment options depending on the package. A deposit is required to start any project, and the balance is due before final delivery.

 

12. How will I receive my final files?

 

You’ll receive all your final designs via a downloadable link in multiple formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG) and print-ready files where applicable.
