Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any project. Final payment is due upon project completion or as agreed in writing.

For packages, payment plans may be available upon request.

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and information within the timeframe requested. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the client will receive full rights to the final approved designs. Triple FC Creations retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes, portfolio, or marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Triple FC Creations shall not be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, that result from the use of our services or failure to perform. All services are provided “as-is.”

No Refunds on Completed Services

Refunds on Canceled Projects
If a project is canceled before any design or development work begins:

A partial refund may be issued, minus a non-refundable deposit (typically 25%–50% depending on the service scope).

If initial concepts have already been created or the project has entered the development phase, no refund will be issued.
Deposits Are Non-Refundable
All booked services require an upfront non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on our design calendar. This covers administrative time, project preparation, and reserves your scheduled timeline.
Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, etc.)
All digital downloads and product purchases (e.g., eBooks, Canva templates, workbooks) are non-refundable due to the instant access nature of these items.
Client Inactivity or Missed Deadlines
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 21 days without communication, the project will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued. A restart fee may be charged if the client returns and wishes to continue.
Revisions and Satisfaction
We aim for client satisfaction and include free revisions within the scope of each package. However, a refund will not be provided based on subjective preferences once the agreed-upon service has been delivered in full.
